- Soft tissue mass
- Solid
- Irregularly shaped
- Heterogeneous
- Urethral wall thickening
- Narrowing, displacement, and/or obstruction of the urethra
- May enhance with IV contrast

Etiology:
- Unknown
- Urethral carcinoma is associated with HPV and recurrent STIs
Epidemiology:
- Typically presents after age 60
- More common in males
- More common in patients with African ancestry
Presentation:
- Hematuria
- Dysuria
- Frequent urination
- Palpable mass
- Pelvic pain
Prognosis:
- The 5-year relative survival rate is about 50%
