• High-attenuation fluid
• “Contrast blush” with high attenuation (150+ HU)
• Filling defects
• Active site of bleeding and cause may be defined

Etiology:

• Trauma
• UTI
• Hemorrhagic cystitis
• Malignancy

Epidemiology:

• Everyone is susceptible to bladder hemorrhage

Presentation:

• Hematuria
• Polyuria
• Dysuria
• Pelvic pain

Prognosis:

• The prognosis depends on the cause of the hemorrhage
