• Peripheral rim enhancement
• Scrotal wall thickening
• Fluid collection with air pockets

Etiology:

• Caused by bacterial infection

Epidemiology:

• Rare

Presentation:

• Palpable mass
• Scrotal pain
• Scrotal swelling

Prognosis:

• The infection responsible can be resolved with antibiotics
• Infections resulting in scrotal abscess should be treated promptly to avoid life-threatening complications
