- Solid, well-defined mass
- Hypoattenuating
- Homogeneous
- Variable enhancement
- Adenopathy in abdomen can simulate lymphoma
- CT is typically not used for diagnosis but for staging which involves CT of the chest, abdomen and pelvis

- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Rare
- Typically presents between the 4th-7th decades of life
- More common in people of European ancestry, particularly northern European
Presentation:
- Palpable mass
- Heaviness of the perineum
- Ache of the perineum
Prognosis:
- The 5-year relative survival rate is over 95% for seminoma
