Acinar Tumor CT Findings
- Pancreatic head is most common site
- Lesions are usually solid and exophytic
- Mean size around 7 cm

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Rare
- More common in males
- Typically presents after age 60
Presentation:
- Abdominal and/or back pain
- Weight loss
- Nausea
- Jaundice is not a common symptom as it is with PDAC
Prognosis:
- Since acinar tumors are very rare, the true prognosis is unknown
- The 5-year survival rate has been given as low as 10% up to 42%
