Splenic Angiosarcoma CT Findings
- Well-defined or diffusely infiltrative
- Enlarged spleen
- Areas of low and high attenuation
- May have calcifications

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Very rare
- More common in males
- Typically presents during the 5th-7th decades of life
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic
- Abdominal pain
- Fatigue
- Weight loss
- Early satiety or anorexia
- Spontaneous splenic rupture may occur
Prognosis:
- Median survival rate is about 6 month-1 year
