- Well-circumscribed mass with thin walls
- Low density
- Mass is homogenous and cystic
- Can be unilocular or multilocular

Etiology:
- Unknown
- May be congenital
Epidemiology:
- Very rare
- Present from early childhood to late adulthood
- More common in females
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic
- Abdominal pain
- Palpable mass
Prognosis:
- Pancreatic lymphangiomas are benign
