Etiology:

  • Unknown

Epidemiology:

  • Rare
  • Typically presents in 5th-6th decades of life

Presentation:

  • Typically asymptomatic
  • Dyspnea
  • Chest pain
  • Palpitations
  • Fatigue

Prognosis:

  • Lipomas are benign but can be invasive
  • The tumors may cause complications and need to be resected
