Current Clinical Concerns in CT: Methods

A successfully implemented, active website dedicated to CT, www.ctisus.com, includes the option of submitting a question to a national expert in Body CT, Dr. Elliot Fishman (Figure 1). The 417 questions posed by medical personnel from February 2003 to February 2004 were reviewed and categorized. In each category, subcategories were created, including questions on a similar topic in that category. The top 50 most frequently addressed subcategories are presented in this exhibit. Following each question is an answer provided by Dr. Fishman, and in many sections, a pertinent article from the literature is summarized and/or referenced.
