Primary peritoneal carcinomatosis

Note
Patient with pelvic pain. MR and CT images demonstrate extensive thickening and nodularity of the omentum and peritoneum with ascites, but no discrete ovarian mass lesion. This was ultimately concluded to represent primary peritoneal carcinomatosis.
