Previously, I have written about aspects of the Millennial mind-set [1] and Generation Z [2]. In our rapidly changing world, those generations are facing challenges regarding how to re-invent themselves to remain current and how to build their personal brands to be relevant. I hope that in this article, in which I discuss my personal challenges, I can convey tools you can use when you think about re-inventing yourself or your personal brand.
