    Abstract

    Clinical guidelines are outdated. Improving upon them by using large language models would be advantageous were it not for the significant potential dangers. There is a better way of applying AI to synthesize guidelines: Focus on errors of omission and generate a bias-free summary of key messages from the AI output.
