Metastases to the pancreas are rare; nevertheless, early detection allows for appropriate treatment and improved outcomes for metastatic disease. Computed tomography plays a pivotal role in characterizing these tumors, as demonstrated in this pictorial review. Given significant differences in prognosis and treatment, it is crucial to differentiate primary and secondary pancreatic lesions; however, this may not be possible based on imaging features alone.
