    OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this article is to illustrate the overlapping radiologic pat¬terns in proven tuberculosis cases in patients initially referred to our cancer center for pre¬sumed malignancy.

    CONCLUSION. Tuberculosis can simulate malignancy both clinically and radiologi¬cally, especially in its extrapulmonary form.
