Comments: - This is a specific bone study, and uses filter B20 for soft tissue of B60 for bone. Using both filters allows excellent imaging of both bone and the soft tissues.
- In select cases or when 3D is needed 1 mm collimations and 1.25 slice thickness are used
- IV contrast is used if associated soft tissue evaluation is needed
