Just as we were getting really good at 4 slice MDCT along comes 16 slice MDCT. As with any new technology it will take us a while to optimize our protocols. In this section please find our first set of protocols that we are currently using. As with any CT protocol there is not only one right answer so please use these protocols as a guide. If you have any suggestions or ideas for modifying the protocols put the questions, comments, or suggestion in ask the fish and we will look at them.
Please also note that these protocols are for the Siemens Sensation 16 scanners running InSpace software. Please modify them for your individual scanner. We will try to put up other machine specific protocols ASAP. Elliot K. Fishman
