Social media has changed the way people communicate. Unlimited interconnectivity, boundless ability to share knowledge, and viral transit of information via social networks have altered the way people shop, date, and identify with peers. It has given rise to new humor (hashtag jokes) and virtually eliminated geographic distance between families and friends. Today alone, approximately 500 million tweets will be posted, 70 million photos will be shared on Instagram, and 4.5 billion likes will be generated on Facebook [1].
