So, you are finally ready to finish your radiology training. Along the way you survived everything from night call to the differential diagnosis of cerebellopontine angle lesions, and you even mastered MR physics. In comparison, the next step, the job interview, may seem like just an afterthought. However, unless the market for radiologists is red hot (not the case as this goes to press in 2015), you need to understand how important the job interview is to you, not only for getting a job but for finding the right job for you.
