Clinical History: 49 year old woman who injured right hand with broken glass, presents with persistent swelling. Incision and drainage revealed no foreign body.

CT Findings: Foreign body seen in the dorsal soft tissues of the the right ring finger.

Diagnosis: Soft tissue foreign body (glass).
