Thoracic: Pulmonary AVMPulmonary arterio-venous malformations can be diagnosed with CT angiography either with or without the use of iodinated intravenous contrast. 3D imaging provides a detailed display of both the feeding artery(s) and the drawing vein(s). Since PAVM may be multiple a careful analysis of the entire data set is warranted. |
